Looking to purchase either Apple ipad Air or Surface 3.

Looking for whichever one is easier to use when naming and editing pictures (from 4 different cameras) while on vacation. I am 60 plus and am not computer savvy at all.

and what do you use when at home? Do you really feel up to learning how to use an entirely new operating system while on vacation?

How do you plan to connect the cameras or their cards to your computer? Have you looked at which of your options provide you with slots or a USB port to attach a card reader to?
