Needs:
I record and produce audiobooks as a side job in my spear time so I need a system that runs as quiet as possible for when im recording.
I have started to dabble in steaming so I would like something that would run games in high settings and be able to steam at least 1080p
I play a smattering of AAA titles on my PC as well as games like the isle, Subnaughtica,CIV, LOL etc..

wants:
I would like to build something that will be able to play any game in high settings and stream to a good standard and will be able to do so for a few years to come. I may be interested in investing in VR in the sure t some point as well so a rig that could handle that or be easily upgraded to handle that would be great. below is a list of my current hard wear and a list or part I'm thinking of upgrading to. the upgrade parts push my budget as it is so anywhere I can save some £££ would be great.
current hardware:
CPU: i7 4770
CPU Fan: Be quiet shadow rock slim.
GPU: GTX 1060
Ram:16.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 798MHz (corsair vengeance pro)
MB:Gigabyte GA-B85M-DS3H-A
Storage: SSD: ADATA Premier SP550 120GB 2.5 Inch SATA III
HD: 2794GB Seagate ST3000DM001
case: Corsair Carbide Series 200R Mid Tower
possible upgrades:
I feel like there my be parts that are over kill hear but I'm not sure. also if there are AMD alternatives that make more sense for me please let me know.

quite a bit cheaper, similar to better performance, and reuses your case (the 200R wasn't in PC Part picker, so I picked the closest match and set the price to 0). There was no rael need for a aftermarket cooler, the included Wraith Stealth with the 3700X is already whisper quiet and excellent at cooling.

the 1 TB M.2 SSD is your main drive, and the old SSD and HDD can be installed as well,.

Just an idea of what an AMD build looks like. The 9900k is a good cpu but is more expensive than the new Intel 10000 series. The downside of the new Intel's is the very expensive motherboards.

You stated playing any game at max settings, well that would require a 2080 Super, the TI version isn't worth the extra cost.
