Looking to replace a part

I want to replace a part of my computer, but I don't know what to replace.

I want to replace the most outdated one.

My system specs:

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2390T CPU @ 2.70GHz
RAM: 8.00 GB
64-bit Operating System
Graphics card: AMD Radeon HD 6450

I want to play the game League of Legends with good fps with medium to high settings.

Currently I get about 47-62 fps.
