Alright so here's my current build..
Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 (6M Cache, 3.00 GHz, 1333 MHz FSB)
NVIDIA Quadro K2200 Graphics card - 4 GB - GDDR5 SDRAM
6 GB of RAM, (2 2GB 400mhz sticks, 2 1GB 800mhz sticks)
120 GB SSD, 80 GB SSD, 1 TB External HD

Before I get any criticism for my Quadro card, I utilize it for more than just gaming. To be honest I've mostly read nothing but negative things about using it to game.. However, I'm running the Witcher 3 at a solid 35+ fps with the graphics presets on high and postprocessing set to medium. To some this may seem "unplayable" but it's perfectly fine for me. I understand that for the same price I could've gotten almost twice the "gaming performance" out of a GTX card but I use SolidWorks, Maya, and similar software for work so I went with the Quadro series due to the fact that it's what they're built for. From the research I've conducted, I'm only getting about a 5%-8% drop in performance compared to the GTX 750ti. This is probably just due to the fact that the Quadro driver software doesn't have that "one-click optimization" that the gaming cards have. I could be entirely false that's just my opinion. Don't blast me for it. Lol. Sorry for the rant! I just feel the need to defend myself due to the fact I've seen so much hate for the Quadro series on several gaming forums.

Anyway! Enough b*%^&ing.. I've noticed that when I'm running games that my CPU absolutely maxes out to 100% and no matter what settings I configure for graphics, I sustain roughly the same fps.. So to me that's a flag that I'm bottlenecking my GPU. It wouldn't surprise me since the Core 2 Duo e8400 is a 7 year old dual core processor.. Hell, it's a LGA775 socket! Lol.

So, is anyone aware of a solid Quad-core+ that fits in a LGA775 socket? Or am I better off buying a new MOBO and CPU all together? I'm looking to only spend around $300. Any thoughts or opinions are greatly appreciated. Again, sorry for the rant! Thanks guys

Solution
Replace your ram, replace your mobo to a modern one, ASUS z97 boards are a solid choice.

As for the CPU, I'd recommend a i5 4690k or a i7 4790k

Spent a little more than I first intended but I'm astonished at the difference. I appreciate the feedback!
