[SOLVED] Looking to replace noisy PSU

I'm looking to replace my 10 year old Corsair TX650 due to it being quite noisy. I've narrowed it down to two PSU's, but unsure about wattage and which one to pick.
I've got it down to the Corsair RM650x V2 and the Seasonic Focus PX 650W since both should be quiet and good from what I've read.

My setup for reference:
Gigabyte Z390UD
Intel i5-9600KF @ overclocked to 4.3 ghz
MSI GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER GAMING X TRIO
Corsair Vengeance LPX Black DDR4 3200MHz 16 gb
5x Arctic P14 PWM PST
One M.2 SSD and one regular
Sound card

Do my specs warrant a higher wattage or will I be fine with a 650W? And which one?

You have the right power output. The Corsair RMx series is about as quiet as they come and is very high quality. Look for RM650x.

The platinum rated PX650 is a tad more efficient and is likely to be quieter.
That said, why not spend a bit less on a gold rated seasonic focus 750w which will loaf and not likely turn the fan on at all.
A psu will only consume the power demanded of it regardless of the max capability.
