Looking to save a bit of money with motherboard

Hi all. I'm building a computer taking some aspects that I saw of a $300 PC build on YouTube. I am currently thinking of getting this a very similar Mobo to the one in the video which is this.

Now I also saw another one that is a little cheaper on Amazon. I was just wondering what kind of disadvantages there may be (if any) of using this slightly cheaper Motherboard. Link below.

Ram modules should be purchased in pairs for Dual Channel mode.

The EVGA PSU is very poor.

Motherboard won't make much of a difference.

I do believe the RAM I am purchasing is all the same meaning i can buy one and then buy another later i guess.

What is so bad about the EVGA 500W might I ask?
