[SOLVED] Looking to sell my GPU

Hi

I currently have an ASUS Radeon HD 6990 4Gb (2 x 2Gb) that I am maybe looking to sell the card, I just want to know how much more or less it would go for, and as I am in South Africa please (if possible) give me a price value in ZAR. It is quite an old GPU but it still works with no issues and unfortunately I do not have a box for the card as I received it as a gift from my Nephew.

Oh no I do know that ebay might be the best choice is just that there aren't many on the market for me to compare current pricings and also due to the silicone chip shortage currently I do not know if that will affect the pricing of the gpu since it's an old one

I'd say around 1500 zar. Maybe even less. Between 1200 and 1500 should be a good starting point imo. Depends on the condition of the card. True it might work just fine but have you ever deep cleaned it (that means actually taking off the fans from the pcb and clean the back of them too) and repaste it? In normal times you'd be lucky to get 800. But since times are rough for gpus, you can get away with a slightly increased asking price.

The whole point of sites like EBay is they let the market decide on the price. If you get lucky a few people will want it...if nobody does, then that's an answer in and of itself on what the card is worth.
