Looking to transfer windows 8.1 to another computer

Hi im looking to buy an upgraded computer and save money by not having to buy a new OS so is there any way I can transfer W8 from here to the new pc? The pc im looking to transfer from is Lenovo so it already came preinstalled with windows without any disc.. so is there any way to download windows manually ( without bootlegging it pref.) and then activate it then?

you can download the windows iso from Microsoft. its a legit copy, if you have a valid windows 8 key to use upon installation.

if the windows came with Lenovo, you can't legally transfer it to any other PC

yeah that's definitely not correct. Even if its an OEM copy of windows with no disk there is an automated hotline you can call to swap it between computers. Nothing illegal about anything.
