I currently have an ASUS N552VW Intel Core i7-6700HQ 16GB 1TB + 128GB SSD NVidia GeForce 960M DVD-DL 15.6 Inch Laptop.
I'm looking to make an upgrade (my uni have given me some money to upgrade so I'm making the most of it).
I want to be able to play games and run photoshop/lightroom with large file sizes (36mp+) so 16gb RAM would be minimum, I've got a budget of around £1300-1500, portability doesn't matter. Ideally an SSD plus large storage drive for storage would be good.
The ones I've looked at are:
MSI Stealth for £1599 - but only 256gb SSD
Asus ROG for £1299
Asus ROG 17.3 inch for £1399
HP Omen 17.3 inch for £1599.
MSI 17.3 inch £1399
To me the MSI 17.3 seems to be the best value, but I've never owned MSI before.
Are there any others that I haven't seen or should be looking at for my price bracket?
