Looking to upgrade Case/MOBO/CPU under 450?

I have had my computer for like 5 yrs now (Below) I've upgraded to 8GB Ram and a 750Ti gfx card. I mainly use my computer for gaming and internet browsing.. linked to two screens. Any recommendations would be nice.
