Looking to upgrade CPU and Motherboard

Is it possible to upgrade my cpu and motherboard without losing windows and files/software? I will be going from the Amd A10 7850k and Fm2A88x+ Killer to an Intel cpu and motherboard. I will be upgrading to windows 10 as well.

While it's possible it'll work, it's preferred to do a fresh install when changing the motherboard. I'd say back everything up either on a free storage website, or an USB/external HDD, then install it once you're on the new PC.
