Looking to upgrade cpu cooler in a HP pavilion

I have a HPE be-130 and would like to put in a new cpu cooler, but the pc is small and i don't know what would fit in. What can you suggest? The cooler should be really quiet and be able to keep the cpu below 70 degrees, price wise it shouldn't be to expensive around 40€ max
