Looking to upgrade GPU

Hi i am currently looking to upgrade my GPU to something that will make a substantial difference in my PC performance while playing games, I currently use a SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 6870 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 and I also use an Intel 3750k CPU and 600w PSU, and 8 gigs of DDR3 RAM.

Like i said i want to upgrade my GPU to something that will make a good amount of difference in performance i am looking the this card:

There is a pretty good amount of difference in the price and i'd like to know if there is any major difference between the cards, Thank you.

other link is not working, but based on the 2nd one yes you will feel the difference. but personally it is better to skip a generation before upgrading, saves money and makes the improvement (fps-wise) that much better

Thers a substantial difference but it would be suggested that your motherboard can accommodate for pci-e 3.0 rather than 2.0 for increased performance.

I could be wrong but your first link was to a 7870 model, however if you looking for a big upgrade then I would go to at least the 7950 and maybe even save up and get the 7970 (non gig ed). That would be a better and better jump in performance.

I don't know to much about the motherboard slots but i use a MSI Z68A-G43 (G3) LGA 1155 Intel Z68 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
