Looking to upgrade graphics card, need help.

Solution
650w is enought for most single cards, your limit is the amount of money you want to throw into it.

My choosing if you want a proper upgrade would be a Gtx760 or Gtx770 but because trend to favour Nvidia Gpus mainly

Your PSU should be able to run most single GPU graphics cards currently available on the market. What you need to figure out is what if your price range and what kind of a performance are you looking to get. To get a sizable improvement you should be looking at GTX660/Ti or HD7870 or better to get a sizeable improvement over your current system.
