Just put a Gigabyte single fan GTX 1050 TI in the computer and be done with it. There is a Youtube video where someone puts a GTX 1050 TI in a similar computer to yours:

The power supply is small, but the GTX 1050 TI doesn't require much power. Try it out. You may not need to upgrade the power supply. I have a Thinkcentre m82, and I've ordered a GTX 1050 TI myself.

According to Lenovo literature, your current 280-watt power supply is 80+ bronze rated.

1 - make sure the motherboard is standard 20/24-pin

2 - make sure the mobo is a standard size, i.e. m-atx, atx, etc etc

3 - sff computers have crap power supplies you WILL need to buy a proper unit, but you can only do this IF the mobo has standard 20/24-pin arrangement else you also need to buy an adapter. Not all custom mobos have adapters though.

open it up and count the holes, post back

That's Digital Combat Simulator? The three main issues I see you possibly dealing with are:
1. Power, what kind of power supply do you have in that. Look at the label for total watts(ie 300W or similar) and the 12V output(looks like (12V 18A). The amount of power you can provide determines your choices in videocards.
2. Physical size. Some SFF computers will only accept half height cards. Take a look at what's inside your computer and see if it's a full size card.
3. Your budget. What are you looking to spend?

An SSD is a good investment since it will make the computer much more responsive in general. It won't increase game framerate though, so don't expect that.

It states on the inside: Ac input 100v-240 v
Output 280W (+3.3V& +5.08V=120W max)(3.3v & +5.08v&+12V=264W Max)

It also looks to be full size on the imside. my budget for the whole upgrade is $300-400 but would be willing to spend more coin if its worth it.
