Looking to upgrade mobo

Im looking to upgrade my mobo currently i have a P8P67 Rev3.0 and want to upgrade to a P8P67 Deluxe Rev 3.0. I know you are suppose to reinstall Windows 7 but since they are sort of the same motherboard do I have to? I just want some suggestions or tips to see what you think.

Why are u upgrading? To get some more performance, right?

A clean install will do that for u. U don't need HW conflicts do u? In your case it should boot, but I would reinstall everything again.

What Windows licence do u have? OEM? Could be a problem.

You'll probably get away with that switch = you're right basically the same thing.
I also checked on Asus website = i'm sure you did also
All downloads are identical.

Yea im upgrading for performance, pretty much for a RAM performance current mobo won't run it at the speed I want
