Looking to upgrade my AMD A6-7400K integrated GPU

BUDGET RANGE: ~85

USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST: I use my PC for almost entirely gaming. I play games like league of legends, h1z1, and CS:GO and I'm just looking to get better performance from those games

CURRENT GPU AND POWER SUPPLY: my current GPU is an integrated AMD A6-7400K with a 450 watt power supply.

OTHER RELEVANT SYSTEM SPECS: I have 8 gigs of ram, with an ASUS A78M-E motherboard that has a PCIe 3.0 slot


PARTS PREFERENCES: I don't have a preference on any type of parts but I have been looking at the AMD Radeon R7 250 GDDR5

If you can order from newegg they have a deal on GTX750 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127788&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-PCPartPicker,%20LLC-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=) which should be faster than the R7 250 you've been looking at. Also at your price range (after the rebate).

Will I need to upgrade my PSU to use the r7 260? I get 450 watts and it says it requires 500 minimum.

Your PSU should be enough for r9 260X as long it is not really cheap one

It's a 450 watt rosewill, It came with the case so I'm not sure how reliable it is.

Look on the sticker of the PSU how much AMPS are on +12v rail
