looking to upgrade my beast!

Hallo community,
im looking to upgrade my beast without killing it. i am a computer noob but i do like to tinker, the current things im looking to upgrade are as follows:

CPU: AMD FX 4300 Quad Core Processor
RAM: 8.00 GB
VIDEO: AMD Radeon R7 200 series

i play h1, cs and overwatch, while on stream so im looking to hopefully make it to where i can play these games smoothly on stream. Thank you very much for any input or suggestions!

What motherboard do you have?

In addition to the motherboard, information as to your power supply and the exact video card are also necessary bits of information. And budget, too - hard to say much without a lot more info.

R7 200 series should be R7 250 I guess, but give us more details anyway.
FX 6300 is not bad, also from GPU'S would you go for used or new?
You can wait for Zen to come out 1st anyway
