Looking to upgrade my computer

They're all compatible, but as you have said that fan is absolutely huge.
I would recommend the Be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 3.

Unfortunately no. It only fits DDR4 modules. You can pick up a new 16 GB DDR4 3000 mhz ram kit with RGB LEDs that sync with the LEDS of that motherboard for about $110.
