Looking to upgrade my CPU and GPU

I am planning on getting a new GPU soon, I currently have a Radeon r9 280x. I plan to sell this current GPU and use the money to buy a new CPU, an upgrade to my FX-8320. Both of these parts are pretty new, and are still in great working condition. I want to be able to play games like Just Cause 3 and Fallout 4 on ultra with a fairly good FPS. My budget is about $400 - $500, and because I don't want to put in the effort of getting a new motherboard and selling my old one, I'm probably just going to go for an FX-8370.

Thanks for the help, although the cooler isn't compatible with my case, I can figure that out myself. Also since I plan to use the money from selling my current GPU for the cooler I am able to put more into the GPU itself.

Or actually, spend that money on a new case... You probably aren't running 2K with a FX processor, are you?
