A 500$ new pc will be better than any update. You could sell the current build for aboht 150$ and find some used parts and build a new. Ryzen 5 2600, RX570, 16gigs...
If you really want to upgrade this rig, you can go for a second (exact same) 8gb dim so you have 2x8GB dual channel. Also an Rx570 or a GtX 1650?? Anything better will be bottlenecked a lot. Also if you dont have a SSD you should get one right now and put windows in SSD. (240GB at least)
