looking to upgrade my GT240...:)

i currently use GT240 as my gpu...looking to upgrade to play the latest games....i really like AC4...so need to play that with good settings and no lag....would be helpful if the card works better on all latest games too

my current config :
processor : Intel core 2 quad Q6600 @2.40GHz
motherboard : Intel DG35EC
PCI-E max support : x16
RAM : 4 GB DDR2
GPU : GT 240 1GB
Power Unit : Intex 450W 20+4 pin

preferably would like to upgrade only gpu....but if a good combo of GPU and power unit works...i'll get it

Your Q6600 is getting old so max card I would pair with it something like GTX750 and you would not need to upgrade PSU.
