Looking to upgrade my low end prebuilt "gaming pc" wondering if this will work.

I have a rebuilt Cyber power PC, and want to upgrade the build to achieve 60+ fps on most games. I have a 166hz monitor, a nice Razer Blackwidow Chroma v2 so I just need better parts. I hope this will make games able to run mostly at the highest settings.

I know this will fit my case, as the case is standered size. My power supply is only 430w.

Anything you need to tell me or recommended would be appreciated.

I've got some questions for ya.
What are your current specs? What resolution will you be playing at? What is your budget?
Assuming you currently have DDR3, you'll also need new RAM... that board requires DDR4.

60FPS would be reachable with that set up, on most games @ 1080p.
