Hello,
When I play on my PC I sometimes notice lag, or not being able to run games.
I decided to upgrade my PC.
My case is 18 x 38 x 42 cm.
I run Windows 10 Home 64 bit.
I have an Intel i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz
8GB of DDR3 ram
1920x1080 60hz monitor
AMD Radeon R9 270
Medion MS-7797
I was looking to upgrade my R9 270 to a 980 Ti
Is this a good upgrade?
Can I just switch the cards or do I need other replacing?
Please answer in euro's if your answer contains money values.

Solution
Yes, a GPU upgrade is what you need. A 980 Ti might need a different PSU. And Pascal/Polaris coming out this summer will provide a big improvement if you are willing to wait, just so you know.

I just found out that my 270 was a 270X, I don't know if that's a lot of difference but yeah

How do I check my power supply?
If i'd get a 4k monitor, what hz is recommendable?

take off side panel to your pc read what it says on the side of the power supply :)
If you still arnt sure take a picture of it and upload it

And you can really only get 60hz at 4k
ones with more than 60hz refresh rate are super super expensive

Should I go for 4k or for 144(+) hz

Hmm, I play alom of CS:GO but I often play other games too, about 40:60
Is 1440p and 144hz a good option? This way I maybe will be able to get the best of booth worlds.

ya thats a good idea, if you are in the US this monitor is on sale

Unfortunatly I don't live in the US.
I have a Medion 7797 motherboard.
I don't know if this motherboard is capable of a 980 Ti. Can anyone check this?
If I get a 1440p 144hz monitor will it be able to play on 144 fps without lag? someone told me that even with a 980 Ti the computer wouldn't be capable of running 144fps 1440p
