I want to upgrade my PC, my current build is:

CPU: AMD FX-8320 Eight-Core Processor
Motherboard: Gigabyte 970A-DS3P
RAM: 8 GB
HDD: 500GB
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series
PSU: 750 Watt

I livestream on twitch and want to be able to stream at 1920x1080 without effecting FPS in game. Some games take alot of time to load and slow my computer down quite a bit with my build right now, I need help deciding which parts need an upgrade, and the specific parts/links to the parts.

My price range is around $500 for this upgrade, if you can help it would be greatly appreciated. Cheers!

Solution
I'd say spend it on something like a GTX 1060 and a 120 / 250 GB SSD. Depending on how many games you would like to store on it.

Edit: And ofcourse store your OS on the SSD.
Which brand of GTX is the best in your opinion, also my heatsink fan is extremely loud, what would you recommend to fix that problem?
I'm still a noob when it comes to hardware. Thanks for your help!

Well you have the choice between either the 6GB or 3GB edition. Performance is really similar though.

I am personally going to buy the Asus DUAL-GTX1060-3G Because it is a white card.

But any other should be fine aswell, for example MSI or Gigabyte, Gainward or EVGA. For the heatsink on your CPU i suggest the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo, it offers great cooling and thus allowing for better overclocking. (And is imo at a reasonable price.)
