Looking to upgrade my pc

Hello,

I am looking to upgrade my pc for 500-550€. Since I am 16 and i dont have a job It is not possible to get my budget higher.

My current build is very horrible:
GPU: ADM Radeon HD 6870
GPU: Intel i5-2400
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z68A-D3-B3
Hard drive: Samsung HD103SJ
And i am not sure about the rest but everything is old.

I was thinking about buying a GTX 1060 3GB and a AMD Ryzen 5 2600 but I am sure If that is the best option so I am here asking you guys.

I play basically everthing, I live in Estonia
My PSU is Seasonic SS-520GBActive PFC F3
I dont know what to take out of it but it says:

Depends on how much you can spend. My priority will be gpu, gtx 1050ti/RX 560 and better first. Won’t go further than 1060 or 580.
If you still have plenty cash, get Ryzen 2600, B450 MB and 2x4 gb ddr4 3000+ ram but 2x8 is preferred.
