Okay, so....
Currently I have a M5A78L-MLX PLUS Mobo, AM3+ Platform.
My Hardrive is out of Context, no need for Upgrade.
8GB DDR3 1333MHZ, Mushin Memory, no need for Upgrade? (Opinions?)
Zotac GTX 560 1 GB, need to Upgrade, Recommended GPU? ($200 or Less)
AMD Athlon II X2 Dual Core, 4.0GHZ OC'd, Upgrading to: FX 8300, 8 Core, 3.2 GHZ.
As well, Reccomended Cooling for CPU? ($150 or Less)
Power Supply, Currently 750w OCZ. (OCZ700MXSP) Upgrade?
With your Reccomended GPU, and the Build I have Listed, would I expect 60FPS on a Constant Rate from say, Battlefield 4, Grand Theft Auto V, and Titanfall all on High Settings?
Please give your Opinion and Reccomendations.
(Do not tell me to Upgrade Mobo and switch to Intel, will never happen.)
Thank you! :)

Solution
memory fine, gpu well it depends what types of games do u intend to play, else i dont see the need to a upgrading. btw why not a fx8350? recommending cooling would be CM evo hyper 212 for 34$. your psu seems fine. if a gpu is necessary i would suggest a r9 280

gpu u can look for gtx 960 . and instead of spending on cooling on cpu + new cpu , get new mobo+cpu amd/intel (intel preferable for constant fps ) . ram will not be the problem and keep the psu as well . ur mobo might be problematic when u use a piledriver fx cpu and trying to OC it as Piledriver cpu dissipates lots of heat and the heatsink in that mobo is poor

Thank you for such a Straight Forward Answer.
The Mobo has a CPU Limit of 125w, the fx8350 is a 125w CPU, will this cause Throttling?
What would Performance be like from the r9 280 with games like Battlefield 4, Titanfa, and GTA: V
Im looking for a Constant 60FPS, Maybe a 50-60 range while Recording in 720p.
