I've been PC gaming for about 4 or so years now with essentially the same build. I bought the parts and built the PC and its been running well, but I've noticed a couple problems and I would like to know what I should upgrade next in my computer. I'm a pretty competitive person when it comes to games and would like to fix my problem and know what I should upgrade next in my computer, not just to fix the problem but I've been looking for an upgrade anyway.
Only problem that I've noticed is that nothing in my computer runs at a high percentage.
Both my GPU and CPU don't get above 60%, with the exception of the CPU occasionally getting around 70-80% for a couple seconds.
My RAM never goes above 10GB in use and always has about 6-7GB Cached.

I can understand when your seeing 99% CPU or GPU usage and it's followed by FPS spikes and lag but with everything running 80% or less? Well, what is the issue?
