Looking to upgrade, need some ideas

Hi guys im looking to upgrade my motherboard maybe, i could do with some suggestions.

Here's my rig Asus M5A78l-m/usb3, Ace 750BR PSU, AMD FX6-6300 Black Edition Vishera, 2gb RAM, CiT Saturn Midi Tower Case.

I will be getting the GeForce GTX 750 Ti OC 2GB GDDR5, XFX ProSeries 450W Core Edition PSU and one of these www.dabs.com/products/corsair-8gb--2-x-4gb--vengeance-pro-black-ddr3-1866mhz-cl9-8QJ8.html?utm_source=google&utm_medium=ppc p or http://www.novatech.co.uk/products/components/memory-pc/ddr3pc3-149001866mhz/f3-14900cl9d-8gbxl.html and also Crucial MX100 256GB 2.5" SATA SSHD.

Any advice on the motherboard and the RAM?? Let me know if you need anything else.

Either RAM will be fit, and you should get the MB like Gigabyte 970A-UD3P http://www.dabs.com/products/gigabyte-970a-ud3p-amd-am3--970a-ddr3-atx-93LD.html?refs=473460000&src=3 or Asus M5A97 R2.0 AM3+ http://www.dabs.com/products/asus-m5a97-r2-0-am3--amd-970-ddr3-atx-87SZ.html?refs=473460000&src=3 And you can make other upgrading CPU to fx8 series cpu later if you want. If you say I don't want to upgrade the CPU anymore, and you can just keep use the Asus M5A78l-m/usb3.

Also if you don't have the aftermarket cooler, you may think about this one Zalman CNPS8900 http://www.dabs.com/products/zalman-cnps8900-quiet-ultra-quiet-slim-cpu-cooler-861N.html?refs=4294946720&src=2 because it can cool down the temp on cpu, MB VRMs section, RAM etc. http://i.testfreaks.com/images/products/600x400/164/zalman-cnps8900-extreme.33683876.jpg your Asus M5A78l-m/usb3 may has the VRMs overheat problem if you oc the fx6300.

Im happy with my CPU at the moment but i do have the Asaka Venom cooler. Do you think the MoBo i have is ok for what i am using now? Or should i upgrade?
