Okay, so I have been looking to upgrade my rig for a bit now, and actually have a job now. I was wondering what parts of mine I should keep, and which ones you think I should upgrade.

Part List:
GPU: AMD Radeon 6950 HD
CPU: Phenom II 1090t 6 core
Hard Drive: 2 seperate 1 TB 7200 RPM, 5 years old though.
Case: Cooler Master Storm Trooper
Motherboard: 970A G43
RAM: 4 seperate 2 GB sticks, but has different speeds. 2 of them are 1333 and 2 of them are 1600.
Power Supply: 850 watt

Looking to spend 200-350$. Thanks guys!

You'll have a higher OC potential using only 2 dimms. The 280x is great and can often be found under $200(not today unfortunately). The 960 is supposed to be great as well but there is still too much speculation about it's price/performance.

I was looking very heavily into the 280x, and it looks nice. I also think I should change my RAM.

The 960 also looks very nice, and my cpu has an aftermarket cooler already OC'd so yeah I'll have to check benchmarks and stuff
