I bought a PC about a year ago. Now I have a spare 400$ and want to put it into my pc. I mainly game and do video editing but I do also record gameplay and stream from time to time. Please give me your suggestions

BUILD:
CPU: I5 4460
GPU: GTX 970
MOBO: Gigabyte H97-HD3
RAM: 4x4gb Kingston Fury
HDD: WD Blue 1TB
SSD: Samsung 850EVO 250GB
PSU: Cooler master 650W
CASE: Cooler Master K350

Solution
The computer is fine, the only thing I can think of is to update to an i7-4790k but I'm not sure you'd be happy with the small performance increase.

Perhaps some 5.1 speakers or high end head set?
Honestly, there's not much room to go up from there. The 4000 series Intel's were (and still are) a very strong CPU. The only thing I could say to upgrade to give you a little more performance would be the video card, up to the GTX 1070. You've got a pretty solid system there :)

Well if you game and stream, i would recommend this CPU: http://pcpartpicker.com/product/psR48d/intel-cpu-bx80646e31231v3

It's equivalent to an i7 4770, but without the iGPU and consideraly cheaper: http://ark.intel.com/compare/80910,75122

I woudl save teh rest of teh money for a future upgrade to a 1070 of just put it in a 500GB SSD for my games: http://pcpartpicker.com/product/FrH48d/samsung-internal-hard-drive-mz75e500bam

Alternatively, you could get into G-Sync, which is absolutely fantastic: http://pcpartpicker.com/product/HPX2FT/acer-monitor-xb241hbmipr
