Hello all,

My Names Sidney and I don’t have much money as I am only 14. I built a PC for low gaming and get a bit of lag and want to reduce this and I have been advised to upgrade my RAM and get a graphics card.

My specs are :

AMD A6 (3.5Ghz)
4GB DDR4 RAM
500GB Hard Drive
2GB AMD Radeon R7 GPU
500W PSU

If anyone give me some tips on how to make roughly 100£.

Private message me for reasons or anything else. I have about £20 right now.

If you have any questions message me or leave a comment.

Thanks for reading.

Sid.

My detailed specifications are.

AMD A6 9500 3.5GHz Dual Core
4GB ADATA DDR4 RAM
500GB Western Digital 3.5 Hard Drive
2GB Intergrated AMD Radeon R7 GPU
500W Unbranded PSU

It would be helpful to know what actual GPU you have. 2 GB R7 can be a pretty wide range. 2 GB is just the VRAM and R7 covers a number of midrange cards.

However, I would keep your expectations limited. It's a low-end build on an ancient, budget platform, and realistically speaking, you built a rig that will always be a low-end gamer. A Ryzen 2400G/2200G built without a discrete GPU would have made a lot more sense.

Its intergrated graphics.

I can upgrade parts as I get ££ was my thought

I didn't have the money for ryzen

So which is it? Did you order parts?

An A6 processor is not going to have DDR4.

Depending on what you have, you may be in a dead end.

It's hard to tell without a detailed list of parts; still don't know a single part precisely.

Could be; there are like five or six A6 processors at 3.5 GHz. Still a weird purchase even if it's an AM4, given that the Athlon 200GE is much faster and tends to be less expensive and the OP has some Radeon R7 GPU, though your guess is as good as mine.

What we really need is the actual specs so that we're not having to speculate with each other what the OP might have!

I had to send the AMD Athlon 200ge back because it woudnt post to my monitor after PSU update and BIOS update.

What I really need is a money making method to gain roughly £100 - £200 so I can get an extra 4GB DDR4 RAM and so I could get a decent processor then maybe upgrade my processor to a Ryzen.
