Question Looking to upgrade/ replace motherboard help needed.

Hi, I'm new to this forum. I need some help. I have a 9 for 10 year old self built PC. Someone built the PC for me but they are no longer willing to support it.
Case is: cool master ATCS840 Black. Am3 socket supported case.

I want to keep the case, and upgrade the motherboard and CPU if needed.

Current motherboard is an MSI model number 870A-G54) AMD authentic.
What upgraded motherboard would work in this case and also run Windows 10? I currently have Windows 7 Professional which just retired.

I generally use my computer for everyday tasks word processing, email internet and multimedia movies and TV. Casual Gamer. When I upgrade motherboard can I still use Windows 7 product key to get Windows 10 question or should I just do a Windows 10 clean install? I do know when I upgrade to Windows 10 I will lose some of my music and video files. Thanks for your help in advance.

and almost any inexpensive b450 would work just fine, get yourself 8 to 16 gb ddr4 ram 8 will work just fine an SSD storage drive will work wonders for you and for about $350 more less will get you all of that. it will blow the doors off your current setup and yes a new win 10 install will be needed
