Would like to start upgrading things over time with each pay check with a budget friendly layout. I'm currently happy with my monitors & OS. If it helps the build some here are some games I play. Ark, Fallout 76, WoW, Conan and some other survival games. Thanks for any help I really do appreciate the time.

For the money, Ryzen is the way to go. Much depends on your budget, though. You will need new ram, and a better quality PSU, also. You will most likely see a sizeable performance boost, with just that, even with that GPU. FX is pretty terrible.
