You cannot sorry, its soldered to the motherboard.

I would suggest either buying a better gaming laptop or building a desktop gaming pc.

Grab a desktop power supply, and one of these: https://www.amazon.com/Laptop-External-PCI-Graphics-Card/dp/B00Q4VMLF6
put a desktop gpu on this. its external, as in it wont be inside your laptop. but it will still render games for you.

Keep in mind, since i'm pretty sure your laptop is a dual core, value based laptop. graphics wont make a difference. you do in fact need a better cpu, which means a new laptop.
