I've been out of the game for a bit, I was on here a long time ago, and I know how reliable you guys are, so here goes nothing.

I recently got employed after being unemployed for a bit, and now I finally have some money I can stretch for my system, currently I run an HD 7950, TX750 (The updated version, not the older one), 8 GB Ram, and an i5 3570k clocked at 4.2 GHz, I want to upgrade cards, but I want to make an appropriate bump, I will answer any questions.

Edit: Whoops, forgot appropriate posting, sorry.

Budget, 150$-300$

Preferred site, Newegg, Microcenter

SLI, Planned

Resolution, 1600x1200

You have a pretty good system there, but if you want to upgrade the GPU, the ones you'll notice a difference from would be:

AMD: R9 290, R9 290x, R9 295x2
nVidia: GTX 780, GTX 780ti
These start ~$400 and go up from there.

Really depends on how much you have to spend. There really isn't an upgrade for your CPU worth buying at this time, at least not for gaming.
