So i got a m44a88td-v motherboard, gtx 660, phenom ii x6 1090t cpu,600psu,16gb of ram,1tb hdd, what cpu and motherboard i could upgrade too in a year amd or intel whats better only gaming on single monitor 24" 1920x1080

What you have isn't bad. Your motherbd wont take an FX processor upgrade so you would be looking at mobo & cpu replacement. If its playing everything you want then I would take a 'wait and see' approach to see what AMD is going to do. Currently the am3+ socket is a dead end

With that kind of budget, you could go CPU, Motherboard, and GPU.

I would wait till broadwell from intel comes out, or just go ahead and get a nice intel i5 4690k or i7 4790k.

What I would do, is actually purchase a new motherboard, CPU, and GPU since you have that kind of budget. You could get refreshing performance in every game with the hardware you could buy.
