Looking to upgrade

Recently got a 400 credit on amazon to finance and was wanting to start upgradeing. my current system is as follows :
CPU: I5 3570k @ 4.2 Ghz
GPU: 660 Ti Power edition
RAM: (2 x 4GB)8 GB @ 1600 MHZ
HDD:1; 248 Gb SSD, 1; 3 TB External HDD
PSU: 650 Watt 80 plus
MOBO: Gigabyte Z77X-UP4
Let me know what you guys would upgrade first and if im missing anything.

What PSU make and model you got? If any good, get a GTX970 ($350) eg MSI or Gigabyte

... I already have a evo 212 sorry i didn't list that. and i don't exactly have 330 left lol... if i pay it off i have another 400 so what should i upgrade next?
