Looking to Upgrade

Currently wanting to upgrade considering all the games I would like to play require much more. Any info on upgrades that are compatible with my specs?

MB: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2
Processor: AMD FX(tm)-4300 Quad-Core Processor, 3800 Mhz, 2 core(s) 4 logical processor
GPU: NVIDIA GeFroce GT 730
Ram: 4gb

You can spend more on better CPU and graphics card if you want. I would figure at least $150 for something good.
