I have a gtx 1060 6gb and a asus prime b250-pro motherboard and I'm looking to upgrade to a gtx 2070 and I'm wondering if my motherboard would be compatibe??

Your motherboard would be compatible, yes. What CPU and ram do you have? Psu? List full system specs.

Intel i5 7600 and 8gb corsair ram

Yes, there may be a tad bit of bottlenecking with the i5 but I doubt it.

Your motherboard is compatible for GTX 2070. You can also consider of upgrading your RAM.

increase your DDR memory for sure and the RTX 2070 might be a bit much for your CPU consider an RTX 2060 and save money till you can upgrade the CPU and DDR
