I have an AMD FX-8350, 32GB of ddr3, ASUS Crosshair V Formula-Z, and a GTX 980ti. I'm looking to upgrade because my cpu is hitting 100% on newer games and I'm getting like 30-50 fps on most games I play. How much better would a GIGABYTE X470 AORUS ULTRA GAMING, an AMD Ryzen 2600 or 3600 with 16gb or 32gb of ddr4? Not a massive computer person so I have no idea. I use a two monitors, one 1080p one 4k, but I'm thinking of switching to just the 4k and only care about 60fps, not looking for like 9000fps.

Yes, upgrading to those parts will for sure give better performance. Although, I'd consider upgrading your gpu at some point.

I'm also currently building my own rig with the Aorus Ultra Gaming with a 2700x
