Looks like it will be nicely balanced system but.....
That cooler is way overkill, 5600x can do just fine even with a mediocre air cooler and probably too expensive for a budget PC. Same for the case.
But, if you already have all parts make sure you upgrade BIOS to newest version or it won't work.

a good 650w/750w gold rated psu - corsair RMx, NZXT C series, seasonic or evga g5/g6...
