[SOLVED] Loop booting after making changes in BIOS (Cannot reset)

Hi guys

So after a few power outages that corrupted my NVMe boot file, I formated the drive to install a new windows at which point in the installation at "finishing up" the setup errors and needs to restart, so I got this thread at where i should change settings in secure boot and key management because I thought it might be my BIOS settings not helping with the NVMe and installations, after I made the changes and saved, the PC just keeps starting up and shutting down.

I tried clearing my CMOS by holding a srewdriver at the 2 pins and removing the battery for 5 minutes but nothing, any help?

Had i similar problem and the windows boot picker helped me get into bios. I think it was f1 but do try also f10 f11 and f12

Sounds like the mobo acting up. Have you tried disconecting the NVME otherwise take turns unplugging pcmi and ram

Hi guys, yes I removed the NVMe, took it to a professional I. T shop for a damage report, seems like mother board chip shorted, dont know which one will wait for full report.
