[SOLVED] Loose Exhaust Fan causing vibration

Hi i noticed fan Exhaust fan vibration during start up and it settles down after its running stable, upon inspection i found that the bottom two screws is loose due to worn threads in the fan setup, Should i leave it as it is?, Will it cause any problems? like wreaking the top two loose? and falling down. Looks like i have to replace the whole fan itself due to the worn threads. Any suggestions?

No, you don't have to replace the whole fan. Just get some rubber "screws" like these, which work better IMO for mounting fans anyhow. I'm sure you can probably find them cheaper at other retailers, or at local shops, as these on Amazon seem a bit unrealistically expensive. I usually pay much less for them in converted US dollars.

Should be able to find a set of them for less than five bucks. Much less than a good replacement fan. Of course, if it's a really cheap fan, then it might be cheaper to just replace the fan. Another option would be to simply use a long, thin bolt and nut, and go all the way through both holes for each corner of the fan.
