the pc has been on a 7hr trip and it has loosen up from all the vibration and the rattling is pretty loud now idk what to do

It's an RGB fan....which is why there's a second cable....but you don't need to connect it.there is two cables coming out of the fan, one of which isnt connected to anything and the other one i found where it is connected.,
also should i get the same one or another one? this one was BITFENIX Spectre RGB, 120mm

i have no idea where the fan cable is connected to remove itUsually there is no "fixing" that.
You should be able to measure it....and find a replacement.
