Question Loosing connection to online games randomely

Hello,
So much like this user https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/network-randomly-disconnects-while-playing-games.1732354/ ive run a tracert command to see if any problems come up and it seems i found something.
when tracert pings my ISP i'll sometimes get high ms or it doesnt ping it at all.

should i contact my ISP (AGAIN FOR THE FORTH TIME) and confront them with this information and do i something else ?
i also would like to know if i can run the tracert command continiously.

little update: i got continiously pinging my router and ISP working while i play a random online game so when a disconnect happens it may appear on the cmd. buuuuuuut it didnt. i got disconnected from the game and nothing showed up :/

What is your setup from your modem to your PC?

And no, you cant run a tracert continuously. Also, take tracerouting over internet with grain of sand as many ISPs and Internet Routers have a low priority for ICMP packets (pings), if they even respond to ICMP at all..

its wired. i experience the disconnections also on ps4 (wifi). quick question, can a VPN f uck anything up on your network ? because i first noticed the issue after using one (can ofc be coincedence)

is the VPN on the same PC that your gaming?

If so then yeah.. Try disabling VPN and see if it works LOL
