afternoon all,

hoping for some advise on my Packard bell laptop internet connection as is driving me crazy.

Ever since upgrading to windows 10 my internet connection randomly cuts out completely (although iPhone/xbox/ps3 have no problems)

(my internet has cut out even during the short time of typing this message then reconnects after a few seconds)

make and model of your laptop - Packard Bell Easynote TK37

make and model of your router- Virgin media Superhub 2ac (netgear)

Make and model of USB or PCI Wifi adapter - Broadcom 802.11n Network Adapter / Broadcom Netlink (TM) Gigabit Ethernet

Operating system and driver version -Windows 10 Home 10.0.10586 Build 10586

You will also need to post your ISP and connection type - Virgin media (super 50 fibre)

You will also need to post the exact number of devices connected to your router (this includes tablets, smart phones, laptops, and desktop PCs) as some routers can only handle a specific number of devices at a time. - xbox360/xbox1/ps3/netgear extender wired - laptop/iPhone/ipad wireless (the wired devices only used one at a time)

Post any and all error messages you are getting from your ISP or Windows itself - the default gateway is not available
