Lose HDMI Signal Randomly

I need help. For the past month my pc would stop sending signal to my monitor while playing a game. It would come back once I fully restarted my computer. At startup everything is fine, but once I open a game for example, Battlegrounds, my monitor would tell me "No HDMI Signal" just a few minutes in and will not return. I can still hear the game and talk to my friend, only for a few seconds though. My GPU fans are still going along with everything else like nothing happened. I have an XFX RX480 graphics card. The problem stopped when I switched to my really old GTX760. So I think it's the GPU but still don't know. Any help is needed. Thanks ahead of time.

which power supply is it? brand and model

replace the HDMI cable or use another port of the video card

could be a coincidence that your old GPU works fine now and the monitor is failing, try another monitor or TV
