Losing all output from my graphics card

I recently bought a computer with a ASUS GTX1060 6GB Dual. When I'm playing games it tends to disconnect completely from my screen, giving me no output. Turning the computer off and on again gives me a black screen with 3 white stripes when i reach the "log on" screen. Is this a problem from when it was built or is there any other things I should try first?

Check the power supply brand/model, was this a pre-built system from Cyberpower or iBuyPower or something?

Hi, and thanks for the quick respons! This was a pre-built system from a Norwegian provider. The only thing I added was a bit more storage. The PSU is a: Corsair CS 650M, 650W PSU. My PC should supposedly only use 332 watts. Thanks for the help.

The CS model is Corsairs low end line, not bad, but not good. Is the system in warranty? Check with whoever made it first before messing with it on your own. Could be a failing power supply or video card as the two most likely issues.
