Losing Connection

Hi All

Please help. I have a PC that is connected to the LAN at my work with a network cable. I keep losing my connection at least every hour. When i unplug the network cable and plug it back in it solves the problem but it keeps coming back. Can anyone tell me what is causing this and how i can fix it??

i would try to update your NIC drivers (IF its a DELL DO NOT USE WINDOWS UPDATE) go to the site your best bet.

Also is any one else having this problem>?

Drivers I would of said as well.

If your work has an IT department, get them to look at it.

What happens when it loses connection (do you get an X over the network connection ICON or does it give you a yellow exclamation mark?)
